About the project

AI-First Jobs is in development. It is a job board where the hourly rate sits at the centre of every listing instead of being buried at the end of the description.

Candidates apply without an account. The application reaches the employer by email in a form prepared for ATS systems, and we do not store its content.

The site is already reachable at aifirst.jobs, but it is still being developed.

Why we built it

We think the rate should be the first thing a candidate sees. We also wanted applying to be as simple as possible and not require yet another account.
