What does getting started look like?
We begin with a conversation about what you want to achieve. From it we agree a first scope and how to proceed. Only then do we move on to a quote and a schedule.
How do you prepare a quote?
A quote follows from the scope we agree together. The more precisely you describe the problem and the outcome you expect, the more precisely we can estimate it. When the scope is unclear, we first suggest a short analysis phase.
Which models of cooperation are possible?
We work both on projects with a clearly defined scope and on an ongoing basis, developing a product in iterations. We choose the billing approach to suit the project and agree it before work starts.
